How do I choose a white T-shirt that is not see-through?
Choose a higher GSM (180 GSM and above) and a tighter combed cotton knit. We show opacity on the sample before bulk.
Which white T-shirts are best for sublimation?
Use 100% polyester or high-polyester white T-shirts. Cotton white tees are better for screen printing and DTG.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The MOQ is 200 kg of fabric per colour. At an illustrative 250 g of fabric per T-shirt including cutting allowance, that is roughly 800 pieces; the confirmed piece quantity depends on your GSM, fit and size mix.
How long do sampling and bulk production take?
Sampling takes about 15 days and bulk production about 60 days after sample approval. International shipping time is separate and depends on the destination and shipping terms.
Do you export outside Pakistan?
Yes. Al Haseeb Apparels manufactures in Karachi for overseas brands, importers and wholesalers and ships by sea or air. Include your delivery country and preferred Incoterms when you request a quote.
