Description
Al Haseeb Apparels manufactures cotton and jersey T-shirts for wholesale buyers, clothing brands and importers. Develop a repeat-order range with your choice of fabric, fit, colour, decoration and retail presentation. Our Karachi team reviews the complete garment brief, from the first sample to export packing.
This range covers blank stock programmes, branded collections and promotional orders. The black V-neck shown here is a catalogue example, originally specified in 100% cotton at 150 GSM. Other orders are developed against their own approved fabric and measurement specification.

Choose the knit for your wholesale range
Fabric selection starts with the intended use. Specify fibre composition, yarn preference, finished weight and required handle. Cotton, cotton-rich blends and performance blends can be reviewed for your collection. The following construction options can be included in your enquiry; the quotation confirms the material, minimum and production route.
| Construction | What to discuss |
|---|---|
| Single jersey | A smooth everyday tee; specify combed or ring-spun cotton, blend, opacity and printing requirements. |
| Interlock / double jersey | A fuller fabric for a more substantial garment. Review weight and recovery with a swatch. |
| Piqué | A textured surface for uniform or sports-inspired ranges. Match decoration to the fabric texture. |
| 1×1 rib | A ribbed construction for stretch-led styles or neckline components, depending on the design. |
| 2×2 rib | A more pronounced rib appearance; define the fit, stretch and recovery required. |
| Waffle knit | A textured option for casual or thermal-inspired garments. Agree the finished feel and stability. |
| Mesh / eyelet | An open construction for active styles. Confirm fibre blend, coverage and suitable decoration. |
Fabric weight and colour development
Tell us your target GSM rather than relying only on “light” or “heavy”. For quotation planning, buyers may compare 120–160 GSM lightweight options, 160–200 GSM everyday tees, and 200–280 GSM heavier styles. These are discussion ranges; the agreed construction and finished sample determine the final specification.
Send a Pantone reference or physical colour standard for shade development. Reactive-dyed solids, yarn-dyed stripes, garment-dyed effects and low-impact dye requirements can be reviewed. Approve a lab dip or suitable shade sample before the bulk colour is released. For specialist washed finishes, see our garment-dyed clothing options.
Build the fit around your customer
Regular, slim, oversized, athletic, women’s shaped and unisex profiles can be developed from your size chart. Crew necks, V-necks and sleeve variations are specified separately. Send chest, body length, shoulder, sleeve and neck measurements, with grading and tolerances for each size.
Include your required range, such as XS–5XL, in the brief so pattern grading and fabric consumption can be reviewed. Size names alone do not define fit; an approved measurement chart and size-set sample provide a clearer reference for repeat production.
Printing, embroidery and surface detail
Choose the decoration after deciding the fabric. Submit artwork, placement, dimensions, colours and the required finish for technical review. Development enquiries can cover:
- Screen printing for repeated logos and graphic designs.
- Direct-to-garment digital printing for detailed artwork on a suitable fabric surface.
- Embroidery for stitched branding and emblems.
- Heat transfers for applied graphics or selected branding details.
- Sublimation for compatible polyester-rich fabrics.
- Appliqué for sewn fabric shapes and patches.
- Rubber-effect or puff printing for raised or textured graphics.
Decoration can be positioned on the chest, back, sleeve or hem. Agree the print strike-off or embroidery sample, backing where relevant, and wash-performance requirements before bulk approval.
OEM development, labels and retail presentation
Our order development covers fabric selection, pattern and size work, colour approval, artwork placement and a coordinated branding package. Provide specifications for woven or printed neck labels, care labels, size tabs, hem labels, hang tags and barcodes. These details are recorded with the approved garment so packing follows the same brief.
Use this cotton and jersey range for retail collections, online brands, corporate uniforms, promotional supply, gymwear, streetwear or wholesale distribution. Each programme is quoted against its own quantity, decoration and packing needs. For a wider clothing collection, visit our private-label apparel service.
Quality, compliance and responsible material requests
Define the checks your buyer requires: composition, fabric weight, dimensional stability, spirality, colourfastness, workmanship and decoration durability. Agree the test methods and acceptance limits with the sample. Any independent inspection or laboratory testing should be included in the order plan.
If your programme requires GOTS, OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100, amfori BSCI, Sedex/SMETA, ISO 9001, GRS, WRAP, Better Cotton, SA8000 or bluesign documentation, list the exact requirement in your enquiry. Our team will confirm the relevant current documents, scope and availability before a certified or audited programme is accepted.
Organic cotton, recycled fibres, lower-impact dyeing, water-use requirements, recycled bags and certified paper packaging can also be discussed. Material claims and any traceability documents must be agreed for the specific order.
Packing and shipment planning
Specify individual bags, board folding, hangers with bags, retail or gift boxes, vacuum packing or another presentation in your packing brief. Include assortment, carton dimensions, carton quantity, shipping marks and barcode positions. Special packing is reviewed against the garment and destination requirements.
Export enquiries can request EXW, FOB Karachi or Port Qasim, CFR, or CIF pricing. The quotation confirms which basis is available and what is included. Provide the destination port or delivery postcode, shipment volume and required arrival date so freight options and LCL or FCL requirements can be reviewed.
