1. Submit the garment specification

Send a tech pack or reference sample with the intended fit, size chart, fabric composition, construction and GSM. List pieces per style, colour and size. Include artwork, labels, packing instructions, delivery destination and target date.

2. Agree the quotation basis

For T-shirt and hoodie orders, our MOQ is 200 kg per colour, sampling time is 15 days and production lead time is 60 days. The quotation also identifies the garment specification, quantity breakdown, sample charges, payment terms and shipping responsibilities. Compare offers against the same fabric, trims, decoration and packing requirements.

3. Review the development sample

Check the silhouette, garment measurements, seam construction, fabric handle and decoration placement. Record changes on a dated measurement sheet. For multiple sizes, agree the grading and any size-set review before approval.

4. Approve colour, branding and packing

Keep the approved colour reference and artwork version with the order. Specify care labels, fibre composition labels, hangtags, folding, individual packing and carton markings for the destination market.

5. Set quality checks before bulk production

Agree measurement tolerances, appearance criteria and required wash or colourfastness tests. Record the approved pre-production sample and the inspection stage. Any certification requirement must match the actual facility, product and current certificate scope.

6. Finalise delivery documents

Confirm the shipping destination, commercial invoice details, packing list, transport arrangement and any buyer-specific documentation in writing.
