AL HASEEB APPARELS · KARACHI, PAKISTAN
Looking for pigment-dyed T-shirts for a private label collection? Share your desired shade, fabric, fit and reference finish with Al Haseeb Apparels in Karachi, Pakistan. Our team reviews the proposed garment and order requirements before confirming feasibility, sampling and quotation details.
Define the colour character of your T-shirt
Pigment dyeing is one approach used to develop tonal, washed-looking garments. The intended result should be defined by an approved sample rather than by a finish name alone. Send the base colour, desired fade and the appearance you want around seams, collar rib and hems.
Distinguish the garment’s base colour from any printed graphic. A pigment-dyed shirt and a pigment-printed shirt are different briefs. If your collection includes artwork, explain whether it should look sharp, distressed or faded against the proposed base.
Build a complete T-shirt specification
- Fabric: fibre composition, jersey construction, GSM and reference handle.
- Fit: regular, relaxed or oversized, supported by actual measurements and grading.
- Neck and hems: rib construction, neckline shape, neck tape and stitching details.
- Shade: physical reference, acceptable tonal variation and seam contrast.
- Branding: artwork files, placements, labels, hangtags and packing instructions.
For a heavyweight or boxy tee, specify the required fabric weight and proportions together. Increasing GSM does not by itself create the intended silhouette. Read our T-shirt manufacturing guide for the core construction brief.
Review the washed sample before approving bulk
Assess colour, hand feel, collar shape, seam appearance and finished dimensions on the proposed sample. Specify your required wash-performance and rubbing criteria for review. A worn-in aesthetic should still have a clearly agreed acceptance standard.
If the garment will be printed or embroidered, review the decoration on the actual proposed finish. Ask the team to confirm the development sequence and any additional sample stages needed for the design. Keep the approved colour and artwork references together.
Plan blanks and private label collections
Buyers can discuss an undecorated tee or a branded garment, but the brief should say exactly which labels and finishing are required. State whether the programme is intended for resale as a blank, later decoration or a complete retail collection.
For coordinated pieces, send specifications for each garment and identify how closely colours need to match. Explore our blank apparel and private label clothing guides, plus the wider garment-dye and wash guide.
Pigment-dyed T-shirt questions
Can you quote without a fixed colour reference?
Send your initial direction and quantities for discussion. A quotation and approval process should establish the reference finish before bulk production is agreed.
Will every garment look identical?
Agree the permitted shade and finish variation on physical samples. Do not assume that a washed appearance means unlimited variation is acceptable.
How are MOQ and production time confirmed?
Provide pieces per colour and size, fabric requirements, artwork and destination. MOQ, sampling costs and timing are confirmed for the proposed programme.
