AL HASEEB APPARELS · KARACHI, PAKISTAN
Plan a private label or bulk apparel programme for Germany with Al Haseeb Apparels in Karachi, Pakistan. We welcome briefs from German clothing brands, importers and wholesalers for T-shirts, hoodies, joggers and blank apparel.
Prepare a technical brief for your German collection
Send finished-garment measurements in centimetres, a reference fit and the grading rules for your size range. Define the points of measurement and tolerances so the development sample and bulk order can be evaluated against the same document.
For T-shirts, identify jersey construction, composition, neck rib and desired GSM. For hoodies, include the inner fabric finish, hood construction, rib dimensions and zipper details where relevant. For a streetwear collection, send the silhouette and wash references alongside the artwork.
Keep colour, wash and artwork approvals together
Provide colour references and distinguish a uniform dyed shade from an intentionally varied wash effect. For washed garments, agree the reference finish and acceptable variation through samples. Record artwork dimensions and placement after considering the final garment measurements.
Discuss the checks needed for the collection, such as measurements before and after laundering, fabric appearance and decoration performance. Agree the test conditions and acceptance criteria with the sample plan. Our sampling and production guide explains the approval stages.
Plan German labels and warehouse receiving details
| Part of the order | Information to provide |
|---|---|
| Buyer and destination | Company name, delivery postcode, receiving warehouse or port, and the party coordinating import. |
| Label artwork | Buyer-approved fibre and care wording, sizes, origin information and languages for the intended sales markets. |
| SKU and packing plan | Style, colour and size references, barcode artwork, bagging and carton assortment. |
| Documentation and checks | The specific supporting documents, inspection stages or testing requested for this order. |
If a collection is also intended for France, the Netherlands or another European market, identify those destinations and languages at the start. Agree their quantities and packing separately when receiver instructions differ. The Europe sourcing overview brings the shared quotation questions together.
Compare the same manufacturing specification
Ask quotations to identify fabric composition, finished GSM, trim details, decoration, quantity breakdown and delivery scope. A lower unit price can reflect a different garment or packing basis. Include any requested certificates by name and confirm that the documents provided cover the relevant product and production scope.
Use the MOQ guide to plan colour quantities and the GSM guide to frame fabric requests. Share your target date with the stages that your team needs to approve, then agree the production and transport plan in writing.
Can a German start-up request a development quotation?
Send the information you already have and identify the decisions you still need to make. A reference garment, preliminary quantities and destination are useful starting points. Our team will review the requested scope and confirm sample arrangements and minimums for that brief.
